This formula has been tested and proven to provide optimum, long-lasting performance in a variety of CNC machining and grinding applications. Additional Benefits include: Corrosion Protection, Stability & Foam Control. Mixing instructions: Use 18 ounces of coolant for every gallon of water, 1 gallon of coolant for every 8 gallons of water. RECOMMENDED REFRACTOMETER READINGS 0-32% Brix scale Machining and Grinding Target: 4.0, Range 3.0 – 5.0 Sawing Target 6.0, Range 5.0 – 7.0 Cleaning your system is recommended prior to adding fresh coolant to maximize effectiveness.
