Features a 3 mode operation allowing operator to choose between rotary hammer, hammer only and rotation only guaranteeing maximum versatility. The mechanical clutch safeguards the tool when the bit binds while the rotating brush plates ensures equal power in forward and reverse guaranteeing easy removal of jammed bits and extending brush life.
